Shipping Orders (Australia Only)
STANDARD SHIPPING ORDERS
For all orders, we deliver Australia-wide at a low-cost flat rate of just $9.95.
All orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-4 working business days. Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays. Please allow up to 10 business days for rural deliveries. Please note that these are estimates and our carriers will endeavour to meet these on all occasions;
Please note standard shipping times are additional to these time frames, and vary from region to region.
- NSW – Approximately 1-3 business days
- VIC, SA, QLD – Approximately 2-5 business days
- TAS, WA, NT – Approximately 3-7 business days
Delivery Conditions
Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track
You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

What is the return Policy?
All purchases from Nu-Line Resources Goats Milk Soap are backed by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
To return your goods, you will need a return authorisation number, which can be obtained by contacting us here. Our helpful support team will also provide you with a return address and a pre-paid return label if applicable.
Returns Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your order in its original packaging in resalable condition within the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period. In the case that the item has been opened but is still in original condition, store credit to the value of that item will be issued in lieu of a refund.
- The 30 day guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product
- If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch
- Delivery charges will not be refunded
- Cost to return the product to Goats Milk Soap will not be refunded.
What if my item is faulty?
Nu-Line Resources is committed to honouring its obligations at law and providing you with an appropriate remedy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where an item is found to be faulty, Nu-Line Resources will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support. All necessary return costs will be covered by Nu-Line Resources.
